This summer I signed up for a service called “Thumbtack” which is a website that connects clients with professionals. I was luck enough to attract the attention of Cresa, one of the countries top commercial real estate firms. Below is a quick aerial marketing video I put together for the property for them along with a rough 3D model as well. I believe they plan on using my services for future work as well.
